Partnership Structure
Our standard partnership offering is for a $15,000 purchase (claim) at Penn National Race Course trained by Tim Kreiser. As with all Bush Racing Stable partnerships, there will be NO monthly bills other than your initial one-time payment. Each partnership will consist of 100 shares with a minimum ownership of 10 shares (10% ownership).
You are more than welcome (and encouraged) to purchase more than the minimum 10 shares if you’d like in increments of 1% up to 90 max. BRS will collect a total of $25,000 for the partnership which leaves $15,000 for the claim and $10,000 for training expenses which are roughly $2,500 per month.
Cost Breakdown (for the minimum 10% ownership share):
- $1,500 (10% of $10,000 claim)
- $1,000 (10% of $10,000 of pre-paid training expenses)
- $2,500 (one-time payment to own 10% of a race horse

1. Reserve Your Spot!
Contact brspartnerships@gmail.com or by phone at 717-382-8BRS to reserve your ownership percentage.
2. Sign the Contract
Complete the contract, sign, and either mail or email back to BRS.
3. Submit Your W-9
Complete the W-9 form attached and either mail or email to BRS
4. Send Your Check
Send a check made payable to BUSH RACING STABLE for the ownership amount you’d like to the address listed at the bottom of the contract.
