Partnership Structure
Our standard partnership is built around claiming a Thoroughbred for $15,000 at Penn National Race Course with leading trainer Tim Kreiser. Like all Bush Racing Stable partnerships, there are no monthly bills beyond your initial one-time ownership payment.
Each partnership consists of 100 ownership shares, with a minimum purchase of 10 shares (10% ownership). Partners are welcome and encouraged to purchase additional shares in 1% increments, up to a maximum of 90% ownership.
The partnership is capitalized at $25,000, with funds allocated toward the horse’s purchase or claim and a reserve for training, veterinary, farrier, and other routine expenses. Bush Racing Stable manages all day-to-day operations, allowing partners to simply enjoy the ownership experience.
Your 10% Ownership Includes:
- Horse Purchase/Claim: $1,500
- Prepaid Training & Operating Expenses: $1,000
- Total One-Time Ownership Payment: $2,500

If you are interested in a partnership here is what you need to do…
1. Reserve Your Ownership
Contact Bush Racing Stable at brspartnerships@gmail.com or call 717-382-8BRS to reserve your desired ownership percentage in the partnership.
2. Sign the Contract
Review and complete the partnership agreement, sign the required documents, and return them to Bush Racing Stable by mail or email.
3. Submit Your W-9
Complete the W-9 form and submit it to Bush Racing Stable by mail or email to finalize your ownership paperwork.
4. Send Payment
Send a check payable to BUSH RACING STABLE for your selected ownership amount to the address listed at the bottom of the partnership agreement.
